Product Return & Buyback Policy

VIBGYOR SUNRISE INDIA PVT. LTD. (VSIPL) is committed to maintaining a transparent and fair product return and buyback process.

Product Returns

Eligible products may be returned in accordance with the applicable return conditions, time limits and exclusions specified by VSIPL.

Buyback

Eligible Direct Sellers may request buyback of applicable products subject to:

• Applicable eligibility conditions
• Original purchase/transaction records
• Product condition requirements
• Applicable time limits
• Verification of the transaction
• Any applicable exclusions

• Name
• Direct Seller/Customer Name, if applicable
• Invoice/order number
• Product name
• Quantity
• Purchase date
• Reason for return/buyback
• Supporting documents

Product Condition

Products must meet the company's applicable return/buyback conditions. Products that are damaged, materially altered, used improperly or otherwise excluded under the applicable policy may not qualify.

Refunds

Where a return/buyback is approved, the applicable refund will be processed according to the company's approved refund procedure.

Non-Eligible Products

Certain products/services may be excluded based on their nature, expiry, consumption, customization, use, statutory restrictions or other applicable conditions.

The exact exclusions and financial treatment should be replaced with the client's approved policy.
