Act with Honesty & Integrity

Always conduct business with honesty, fairness, and transparency. Build long-term relationships by earning the trust of customers through ethical business practices.

Represent the VSIPL Brand Responsibly

Promote VSIPL products and services accurately and professionally. Use only official marketing materials and avoid making false, misleading, or exaggerated claims.

Respect Every Customer

Treat every customer with courtesy, dignity, and respect. Listen to their needs, provide accurate information, and deliver excellent service at every interaction.

Communicate Truthfully

Always provide genuine product information, pricing, offers, and business opportunities. Never guarantee income or make promises that cannot be fulfilled.

Protect Privacy & Confidentiality

Respect the privacy of customers and business partners. Personal information should be handled securely and used only for legitimate business purposes.

Follow the Law

All Direct Sellers must comply with applicable Indian laws, company policies, and industry regulations. Illegal, fraudulent, or unethical activities are strictly prohibited.

Zero Tolerance for Misconduct

VSIPL does not tolerate:

• Misleading advertisements or false claims
• Unethical sales practices
• Fraud or misrepresentation
• Harassment or discrimination
• Activities that damage the company's reputation

Any violation may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or termination of membership.
