Who Can Become a Direct Seller?

Individuals who meet the company's eligibility requirements and complete the registration process may become an authorised VSIPL Direct Seller. By joining, you agree to comply with all company policies and applicable laws.

Your Role as a Direct Seller

• As a VSIPL Direct Seller, you are expected to:
• Promote VSIPL products honestly and ethically.
• Provide accurate product information to customers.
• Maintain professionalism in all interactions.
• Follow company policies and guidelines.
• Protect the reputation of the VSIPL brand.

Build Your Business Through Product Sales

VSIPL encourages Direct Sellers to grow their business by promoting and selling quality products. Business success is achieved through customer satisfaction, ethical selling practices, and consistent effort.

Earnings & Incentives

Eligible Direct Sellers may receive commissions, incentives, and rewards in accordance with the official VSIPL Compensation Plan. Earnings are based on qualifying business activities and are not guaranteed.

Compliance & Professional Conduct

All Direct Sellers are required to comply with:

• Company policies and procedures.
• Applicable Indian laws and regulations.
• Ethical marketing and advertising practices.
• Consumer protection standards.

Misleading claims, false promises, or unethical conduct are strictly prohibited.

Protecting Our Brand

Direct Sellers may only use official VSIPL branding, promotional materials, and marketing content approved by the company. Unauthorised use of logos, trademarks, or promotional materials is not permitted.

Suspension or Termination

VSIPL reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Direct Seller's account if there is a violation of company policies, unethical conduct, fraudulent activity, or non-compliance with applicable laws.
