30-Day Cooling-Off Policy

VIBGYOR SUNRISE INDIA PVT. LTD. (VSIPL) provides an applicable cooling-off mechanism to eligible Direct Sellers/consumers in accordance with the company's approved policies and applicable law.

30-Day Cooling-Off Period

An eligible Direct Seller may exercise the applicable cooling-off right within 30 days from the relevant date of purchase/agreement, subject to the conditions specified by the company and applicable law.

Eligibility

The cooling-off facility is subject to:

• The applicable product/service being eligible for return.
• Proof of purchase/transaction.
• Compliance with applicable return conditions.
• Products being returned in the applicable condition required under company policy.

Return Process

To initiate a cooling-off request, contact:

• Customer/Direct Seller name
• Order/Invoice number
• Product details
• Purchase date
• Reason for return, where applicable
• Supporting documents

Refund

Approved refunds will be processed according to the applicable payment method and company refund procedure.

The cooling-off policy should be read together with the company's Product Return & Buyback Policy, Direct Seller Agreement and applicable terms and conditions.
